Obituary of Marion Lippman

"South Hadley, Marion (Webster) Lippmann, 98, passed away April 19 after a short illness. A lifelong resident of South Hadley and a lifetime member of the South Hadley Falls Congregational Church, she was the widow of the late Alfred W. Lippmann. She will be deeply missed by her daughter Lynne (Lippmann) Wiesel and her husband Robert of Waban, MA, along with her two grandchildren Jared and Lindsey Wiesel. She was the aunt of Beth and Edward Dietz, Peter & Lynne Smiledge, Rick & Jeanne Smiledge, Karen & Gary Moorman, and Karl & Ardell Lippmann and cousin to Elizabeth Johnson. Marion is also survived by many grand nieces, nephews, cousins and friends that brought much joy to her life. A sister Margaret Smiledge and brother Irvin Webster also preceded her in death. There will be no calling hours with private services for the family. Beers & Story South Hadley Funeral Home has been entrusted with her arrangements. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the South Hadley Falls Village Cemetery, 200 Granby Rd., S. Hadley, 01075."
