Obituary of Joan E. Mann

"Edgewater, FL- Joan E. Mann, 70, of Sandpiper Ct., passed away January 8, 2008 at Halifax Hospital. Born June 17, 1937 in Newton, MA, she was the daughter of the late William and Mary R. (Gillis) Bonner. Joan and her husband Douglas H. previously resided in the Warren and Belchertown areas and now have been living in both Florida and Nova Scotia. Joan was a member of the Sovereign Military Order of the Temple Jerusalem, the St. Andrews Society and the Scottish American Society. She will be greatly missed by her husband as well as her children Christopher and his wife Susan of Ware, Nancy Perrier and her husband Matthew of Southampton, and Kathy Mann of Northampton along with six grandchildren, one great grandchild, siblings, extended family and friends. A visitation will be held Tuesday from 3:00-5:00 p.m. at the Beers & Story Belchertown Funeral Home. A service will be held Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home followed by burial in Lake Vale Cemetery.
