I am so sorry to hear of Kenny's passing. I grew up with him and graduated high schoool with him and then joined the Air Force on the buddy plan with him. We were friends, fought each other and for each other all the way through high school and stayed together until Feb. 11, 1964 when we were sent to Lakeland and put in separate training squads even though we joined together and were supposed to stay together. I only saw him twice after 1964, once on graduation day from basic and several years later he came to TN and had vacation in a rental trailer on the lake and called for me to visit. Sorry I can't be there for the memorial and I know he will be missed.

Ken will surely be missed...I know him through our online Slingo League...I didn't know him very long but he was a really sweet person and loved playing online with him. My thoughts and prays are with his family.

I was, greatly, saddened to hear about the loss of Ken. We were to meet soon, before I moved from Ct. to W. Va., but, GOD had other plans. I was honored to be able to attend Kens' wake and meet his lovely family and some of his dear friends. He was a wonderful guy and a great "Slingo" pal. He will be missed by us all. My heart-felt sympathies go out to all of Kens' family and friends. My thoughts and prayers are with each of you during this time of sorrow. When you think of Ken, think of a happy time and may the smile it brings, be accompanied by some peace and comfort.
