Obituary of Joanne Antunes

" Joanne (Haley) Antunes, 65, died Sept. 13, 2007. Born in Springfield on Nov. 17, 1941, she has lived in Palmer for 13 years and previously lived in W. Springfield. Mrs. Antunes was a foster mother for several years in W. Springfield. She is survived by a daughter Joan Shannon-Laroche of Bondsville and two sisters Barbara Keith and Betty Williams. She also leaves grandchildren Christopher, Jr., Billy, Timothy and Kristy Shannon, great grandson Christopher, III and a son Steven Lowe and his family of Wisconsin. A Funeral service will be Wed. at 11:00 a.m. in the Beers & Story Palmer Funeral Home, followed by burial in Old Cemetery in Hampden. A calling hour will precede the service from 10:00-11:00 a.m."
