Obituary of Thomas Henry Buczko

" Thomas H. Buczko, 54, of Michael Sears Rd died Monday at Wing Memorial Hospital. Born is Springfield on March 7, 1948, he was the son of Heneritta (Szwedzinski) and the late Edward Buczko. Thomas lived in Chicopee and graduated from Chicopee High School He then attended Western New England College and later furthered his education at Northwestern University in Chicago. He moved to Belchertown fifteen years ago and worked as a certified orthotist at Hanger Prosthetics & Orthotics in Worcester for the past three years. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and a communicant of St. Francis Church. Besides his mother of Chicopee, he leaves his wife of 28 years, Mary Elizabeth (Thompson), and two daughters, Melissa and Bethany, all of Belchertown. He is also survived by a brother Stephen Buczko of Chicopee and several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Friday at 9:15 a.m. from the Beers & Story Belchertown Funeral Home followed by a mass at St. Francis Church at 10:00 a.m. Burial is private.
