Obituary of Danielle V Morey

"Danielle V. Morey of Bondsville Road, died Sunday as a result of an auto accident. Born in Springfield, May 19, 1980, she was the daughter of Glenn Morey with whom she lived, and Maureen (Cantwell)Mahoney of Springfield. She lived in Belchertown until 1983, when she moved Ware. She was a 1998 graduate of Ware High School and received an Associates degree from Holyoke Community College and was prsently continuing her studies in art. She also worked part time at Kappy's Liquors in Springfield. She was an avid basketball player and excelled in art, receiving many awards for her work. She also loved to write poetry. Her poetry was published in ''The 21st Century'', a national high school newspaper. Besides her parents, she is survived by her maternal grandmother, Dorothy O'Hare of Brimfield and a brother Jamie Mahoney of Buck Eye, AZ. Funeral services will be Wednesday at 11:00 AM at the Beers and Story Belchertown Funeral Home, 10 Maple Street, Belchertown, MA. Calling hours are Tuesday from 6-8 PM. Burial is private. Donations may be made to any animal shelter in her memory."
