Obituary of Edmond F. Dupont

" Edmond F. Dupont, 75, of Haynes Hill Rd. died Mon at home. Born in Spencer, Aug. 29, 1926, he was the son of the late Ohmer and Eliza ( Braconnier ) Dupont. He grew up in Spencer, and lived for a short time in Warren before moving to Brimfield in 1962. Mr. Dupont was a Veteran of WWII, serving with both the Army and Navy. Edmond worked at Diamond National in Palmer for 31 years before retiring in 1992. He had also worked for the former Palmer Motor Coach as a bus driver for 13 years. He is survived by his wife of 43 years, the former Sybil M. Dickinson. He also leaves 4 sons, Robert C. Pease II and Craig A. Pease both of Palmer, Rodney W. Pease of Ludlow and Timothy J. Dupont of Southbridge. Edmond is also survived by 3 grandchildren, Benjamin Pease, Nicole Pease and Shane Albertson. A graveside service will be Thursday in Brimfield Cemetery at 10:00 am There are no calling hours. BEERS & STORY PALMER FUNERAL HOME is handling arrangements.
