Obituary of Tiffany Noel Phifer

" Heath, Tiffany Noel Phifer, 18, former longtime resident of Warren, died Sunday, August 5 in Greenfield. Born in Holyoke December 19, 1988, she was the daughter of Jeanne (Menard) Phifer of Ware and the late Gregory Phifer. She had most recently been living in the town of Heath. In addition to her mother, she will be deeply missed by her sister Melanie Phifer of Ware, her foster mother Joyce of Heath, her grandparents Cindy Frangimore, and Richard Menard and his wife Dorothy. A Service of Remembrance will be Monday, August 13 at 7:00 p.m. at the Beers & Story Palmer Funeral Home, 1475 N. Main St., (Rte. 20). Calling hours and pictorial tribute will precede the service from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. "
