Obituary of Augustine Michael Kulpa

" Augustine M. Kulpa, 81, of Ford St. died Saturday at home. Born in Thorndike, he was the son of the late Michael and Katherine (Armata) Kulpa. He graduated from Palmer High School, then went on to serve his country in the Army during WWII. He was employed at the former Bondsville Print Shop as a printer. Augustine was a communicant of Sts. Peter & Paul Church and a member of the St. Stanislaus Polish Lycem. He was also an expert and collector of JFK memorabilia. Augustine is survived by a brother, Edward Kulpa of Palmer and a sister Irene Zagroski of Pawtucket, RI. He was the loving uncle to many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews. In 1999, he was predeceased by his brother, Stanley Kulpa. A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. at Sts. Peter & Paul Church followed by a burial in Sts. Peter & Paul Cemetery. Calling hours will be held Monday, from 5-8 p.m. at the Beers & Story Palmer Funeral Home. Donations may be made in his memory to the church, 267 Main St. Three Rivers,MA 01080 or to the charity of one’s choice. "
