Obituary of Mary Alberts

" Mary P. (Sowa) Alberts, 92, of East Old Sturbridge Road, died Tuesday, June 5 at Quaboag on the Common Nursing Home. Born in Wilbraham, January 6, 1915, she has lived in Brimfield since 1947. She was a communicant of St. Christopher’s Church in Brimfield and was a skilled seamstress and wonderful cook. Her husband Frank J. Alberts died in 1987. She will be greatly missed by her son Kenneth. Funeral services will be Saturday, June 9 at 9:00 a.m. from the Beers & Story Palmer Funeral Home, 1475 N. Main St., (Rte. 20), followed by a liturgy of Christian burial at 10:00 a.m. in St. Christopher’s Church. Burial will follow in Brimfield Cemetery. Calling hours are Friday evening from 6:00 –8:00 p.m. "
