Obituary of Lawrence J. Chiappetta

"Belchertown – Lawrence J. Chiappetta, 85, died at home on May 3, 2007. Born September 12, 1921 in Greenwich, CT, he was raised in Cos Cob and lived on Cape Cod for 24 years. He is survived by his wife Barbara (Bailey) Chiappetta and four children Lawrence Chiappetta, Jr., Lorraine Hinlicky, Rosemary Chiappetta all of Connecticut and John Chiappetta of Las Vegas. He also leaves a brother Dominic Chiappetta, sister Carmelina Curcio both of Connecticut, five stepchildren David, Dwight, Donna, Steven all Havens and Carol Greene, eighteen grandchildren and three great grandchildren. A Memorial Mass will be Tuesday at 12:00 p.m. at St. Francis Church. Beers & Story Belchertown Funeral Home was entrusted with the arrangements. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Belchertown Senior Center, 60 State St. or St. Francis Church 10 Park St., Belchertown, MA 01007"
