Obituary of Earl F Quinn

Granby-Earl F. Quinn, 78, passed away February 12, 2020 with the love of his family surrounding him in his home.  Born January 6, 1942, he was the adopted son of John J. and Nellie (Gurka) Quinn. Earl grew up in Ware and has lived in Granby for the past 41 years.  He retired in 2015 after 55 years of employment with the former Stan-Allen Co., now Millennium Die Group in Three Rivers, where he was a steel rule die maker.  He was an extremely dedicated and hard working employee. Earl was a communicant of Immaculate Heart of Mary Church in Granby. He will be dearly missed by his devoted wife of 41 years, Doris "Debbie" M. (Quirk) Cousineau Quinn along with children, Steven Quinn of Queensbury, NY, Diana Quinn-Poulin and Chris of Palmer, Brian Quinn and Becky of Palmer and Jamie Cousineau and Atasha of Palmer.  Others left to cherish his memory include his eight grandchildren, a daughter-in-law, Heather Quinn of Ellington, CT and sister-in-law, Muriel Quinn of Three Rivers. Earl was predeceased by his son, Wayne Quinn in 2015 and his brother, Francis Quinn. Visitation will be Monday from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at the Beers & Story Belchertown Funeral Home. A funeral Mass will be held at Immaculate Heart of Mary Tuesday at 1:30 p.m with burial to follow at St. Patrick's Cemetery, Chicopee.  Friends and family may gather at the funeral home between 12:15-12:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to Immaculate Heart of Mary Church or Baystate Hospice, 30 Capital Dr. W.Springfield, MA 01089.
