Obituary of John M. Hebert

Ware - John "Jack" M. Hebert, 58, passed away unexpectedly March 19, 2021 at home as the result of a house fire.  Jack's beloved dog Maggie also lost her life in the fire.  He was born in Ware, MA on June 3,1962, son of Michael Eurkus of Brimfield and the late Carol (Enwright) Eurkus.  Jack worked for the Common Wealth of Massachusetts for DDS in Amherst doing direct care.   He had an avid love for golf, fishing and play volley ball.  Besides his father, he is survived by his daughter Cassie Lynn Hebert of Ware and his siblings Maureen Hebert of Three Rivers, Selena Renner of Granby, Angela Kuruca of Ludlow and Michael Eurkus of CA.  He was also predeceased by his wife  Rebecca J.
