Obituary of Adele F. (Falardeau) Roberts

Chicopee-Adele F. (Falardeau) Roberts, 87, passed away August 21, 2022 at her home.  She was born July 2, 1935 in Holyoke, MA, daughter of Wilfrid and Alboma (Roy) Falardeau.  Adele grew up and lived in Holyoke for many years.  She spent 37 years in Florida and then moved back to this area in 2013.  She was a 1953 graduate from Precious Blood High School and furthered her education at Holyoke Community College with an associates degree in 1968.  As a worldwide traveler, Adele experienced and saw so much.  She worked as a mail sorter for the United States Post office and in 1994, was predeceased by her husband, Roger A. Roberts.  Adele leaves behind her two sons, Marc Roberts and his wife Janice of South Hadley and Paul Roberts and his wife Gail of Ponte Vedra Beach, FL.  Adele also leaves her only surviving brother, Rev Ernest Falardeau of Cleveland, OH along with three grandchildren, Rachel, Rebecca and Maxx Roberts.  Besides her parents and husband, Adele was predeceased by eight siblings.  Funeral services will be private for the family.  Beers & Story South Hadley Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
