Obituary of Muriel J Myers

Granby - Muriel J. (Norris) Myers, 91, passed away January 12, 2023. She was born on January 24, 1931 in Bridgeport, CT to Clarence and Theresa (Hassell) Norris. Muriel enjoyed going to Cape Cod with her daughters, gambling at the casino, going out to lunch with friends and playing the piano. She also loved dogs and had many throughout her lifetime. She was predeceased by her husband, Elwood P. Myers in 2020. Muriel is survived by three children, Thomas and Laurel Myers of Houston, TX, Cathy Myers of Granby, Sharon and Kevin Quesnel of South Hadley and her Bonus son, Ronald Goulet and Annelis of Granby. She will also be missed by two grandchildren; Kelli Quesnel and Thomas Jr and Amanda Myers and two great grandchildren, Grace and Molly Myers. The family would like to thank the staff at the Sosin Center at JGS Lifecare in Longmeadow for their kind and compassionate care. Burial is private at the Mass. Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
