Diane and family Dan and I would like to extend our condolences. Dan just found out today that Art had passed. He was a wonderful man. We bought our house from him with just a handshake to seal the deal. During a horrid snowstorm in Oct . We were all stranded with no money no power nothing and Art came by and handed us $125 cash to use just in case. We handed it back to him in the spring when he came back and he refused it. He was generous and kind and always loved seeing our kids. He is definitely missed . RIP Art
