Obituary of Adele B. Reynolds

Adele B. Reynolds (Rogowski) passed away peacefully on September 27, 2023 at age 100. She was born in South Hadley Falls to Josephine and Andrew Rogowski on December 8, 1922. She was predeceased by her sisters Lillian White, Tessie Masolowski, Anne Bala, and Sophie Rogowski and her brothers Stanley and Albert Rogowski.  Adele was an athlete and a pro merito student in high school. She attended nursing school in Boston. Adele married N. Stuart Reynolds who predeceased her by 30 years. Adele was a loving mother, dedicated homemaker, and the heart of her family. She is survived by her five children, Shakti Reynolds of Martha’s Vineyard, Rhonda Jacobs of Granby, Shirley MacKenzie or Granby, Brad Reynolds of Easthampton, and Russell Reynolds of Granby. She was predeceased by her step-son Leslie Reynolds. Adele had 11 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. Services will be held at Beers and Story South Hadley Funeral Home on Friday, October 6 with reception at 2pm and celebration service from 3-4pm.
