Obituary of Casimir R. Kazimierczak

Huntington- Casimir (Casey) R. Kazimierczak, 77, of Huntington, MA, passed away unexpectedly on October 5, 2023. Born in Germany, he was the oldest of 12 children raised in Holyoke, MA. He leaves behind his 3 beloved daughters, Catherine Russo, Elissa Antilles, and Donna Angus; stepson, Kenneth Albrecht & family of N.C, in addition to 5 granddaughters, 3 grandsons and 2 great-grandsons.

He also leaves behind his 2 loving brothers, John and Edward, and 3 loving sisters, Josephine Hanechak, Wanda Welcome and Jan Mastej, as well as many nieces and nephews, and his much-loved brothers and sister-in-law, Beverly, Al, and Skippy Trombley. Casey was predeceased by his parents, Roman and Zofia (Dajneko) Kazimierczak, and his beloved wife of over 40 years, Irene Trombley, and brothers Stanley, Henry, Roman, Richard, Teddy and a sister Mary Aivaz.

He graduated from Holyoke Vocational Trade School, becoming an exceptionally talented machinist who founded and operated The United Tool Company for over 50 years supplying government and private contracts. Casey and his wife Irene were the previous owners of the Park Place Café in Huntington, MA, where he enjoyed bartending, playing his rock and roll, good conversations with the Ozga brothers, and hustling pool tables. He was a great storyteller and loved to challenge his siblings. He enjoyed boating and fishing and animals of all kinds. He will be greatly missed. We wish him peace and rest in his eternal life. Services for Casimir will be held on October 16, 2023, at the Beers and Story South Hadley Funeral Home with calling hours from 9-10:45am and a funeral service to begin at 10:45am. Burial will follow in Mater Dolorosa Cemetery.
