Obituary of Jeanne Theresa Hubert

Belchertown-Sister Jeanne T. Hubert, 93, passed away peacefully on February 23, 2024. Jeanne was born July 12, 1930 in Springfield, MA, daughter of William L and Marie (Blais) Hubert. Jeanne previously lived in West Springfield and then in Belchertown since 1978. She was a longtime resident of Pine Valley Plantation. She graduated from AIC Magna Cum Laude with a BA and was a registered nurse at St. Francis Hospital in Hartford, CT. She also worked at the former Belchertown State School for many years and served with Daughters of the Holy Spirit in Putnam, CT. A Funeral Mass for Sister Jeanne will be held Monday, March 4 at 10 a.m. at St. Francis of Assisi in Belchertown with burial to follow in South Cemetery. Please visit www.beersandstory.com
