To Carol, Doug and family, I am very sorry for your loss. Bobby has touched so many lives and become a part of so many families. I was blessed to have known Bobby during our years at TeleTech and again at Comcast. My first day back in "our building" I was happy to see he was there, in uniform, greeting the new employees. When he saw me he scooped me up hugging me saying Sas, back again. I told him 3rd times a charm Bobby. We have shared many stories over the years and the one thing obvious in his stories was his love for his family and Pumpkin. Bobby is very much loved and he will be very much missed.

Bobby was the first person to greet us when we came to the Enfield call center one Saturday morning over a year ago. He explained his history with the location and immediately made us feel at home in "his building". He will be missed by the many Comcasters that got the opportunity to befriend Bobby and our thoughts go out to his family.

I will miss Bobby very very much. He was a friendly face and wave in the morning as I came into work for the last 4 or so years. I will miss the look he gave me when I would forget my badge and he would have to let me in. He will definetly be missed here.

Dear Carol & Family, I am very sorry for your loss of Bob. I can tell you that he is safe in heaven because he was one special person with such a gentle spirit about him. I have many memories of your family long ago and will always remember you as a young couple in love with 4 neat kids that I loved to babysit with. Those countless memories of Bob will someday bring you smiles instead of tears. Our prayers are with you today and always. With love and hugs from some very old friends.

...Bobby was a good a decent person. I would go out of my way to say hello and to shoot the breeze - it was always fun as he had a good sense of humor. and I'm sure that St. Peter knows this and now has him working the front gate. He will be missed.
