Uncle Jack,
You will truly be missed. I would like to share my fondness memories.
The best times I remember was going to you and aunt Peggy's house for all family gatherings. There was so much love and laughs. I remember the smell of of baking cake. When I think of you , it put a smile on my face.
Love you always

I have so many fond memories of my Grandpa. I remember going up to Massachusetts every summer as a girl to visit them. We would spend hours swimming in the pool, then grandpa would take us to Friendly's for ice cream. He liked to take me to see the horses and feed the animals at mc crays. He always teased me about riding Freddy the freeloader. He would say all I did was bounce on that horse. I would call my Grandpa almost every Monday as an adult. I could hear the joy in his voice everytime he recieved a letter from Jacob. The joy was returned everytime Jacob recieved a new recipe from grandpa. He would talk and think everyday about my girl brandi. I loved hearing his stories about his time in the military, him running around In the mountains with a salt n pepper shaker in his pockets ready to grab some corn from whatever field he passed. Hearing him reminisce about his childhood, his children growing up. I will really miss our phone calls. Nobody can express my heart ache at losing you. I love and will miss you forever. Love crystal

Dear Jack, Mike, Tim, and the rest of Charlie's family,
I remember the Hedges fondly as the neighbors whose backyard abutted ours. Charlie and Peg were dear friends of my parents, and my mom and your mom were constantly having to supervise the activities of Norman and Charlie! Please accept my condolences on the loss of your dad (and mom). I remember your dad as a family man, a good neighbor, an active citizen, and a person of integrity who always maintained a sense of humor and a positive perspective. May his spirit sustain you in the coming days and weeks and months.
Sincerely,
Ken LaRocque

My Sincere Condolences To all the Hedge Family ,
It is with a very sad,sad heart that I write this post.I am truly sorry to each and everyone of you for your loss.
Charlie & I have been friends for a very long time ,since his Atlas Copco days. Though I knew he had heath problems, I believe he played it down to me & I wasn't prepared for now. Just this Christmas he told me( in a fun way) he was going to live till 102 just so he could stick around & bug everyone .I chuckled & said... I believe you.. you go for it!
Most of our conversations were focused on all of you....his family. It was ok by me to listen ,I knew it made him happy!
Charlie was lucky to have all of you to focus on,especially since Peg had passed on. I could feel him beaming with pride through the phone when we talked ,as he told me about all of his children & grand children's accomplishments. He loved each and every one of you very much and would want you to know & carry that in your hearts as you say good bye.
Charlie had a big heart , he was a good friend and I will miss him very very much.He touch my heart in a positive way & I will
remember him always & smile. God Bess you Charlie ,you were the best! XO

We loss the Patriarch of the Hedge family. Dad will be remembered for his deep love of family. He loved sharing memories of time spent with loved ones. He often reminisced of childhood memories with accuracy including dates. He was a boost full Grandfather and so proud of each of his Grandchildren . He loved hearing of the latest antics of his Great grandchildren and would get such a laugh out of them. He had a unique sense of humor always with a chuckle or two. Grandpa you will be missed, give Grandma a big hug and kiss from all of us left behind. Love you!

What can I say about my friend Jack. J is for Jolly Charlie, A is for amazing, C is for caring, K is for kidder. This is the last picture I took of Charles. We sure had fun when we were together. I could always make him laugh and smile every day we were together. Thanks Lori Hedge for letting me be his care giver. It was my pleasure to make him so happy. Love Jane
